Based in Kensington, La Tortilleria is at the forefront of Mexican in Australia specialising in Mexican street food on our house-made tortillas.

We need a strong manager to take our service team to the next level and lead by example to ensure we give exceptional service. Our aim is to delight customers with a fun and vibrant dining experience so a positive attitude, happy demeanour and

Responsibilities & Duties will included:

- Deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction

- Manage front of house shifts to ensure wage cost targets are met

- Improve productivity and performance of team

- Estimate and order bar stock and non-consumables

- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations

- Coordinate the Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations

- Control operational costs and identify measures to improve operations

- Create reports on daily/weekly operations, revenues and expenses

- Train and lead the team in the art of selling and providing great service

For success, you must be:

- Passionate about your success and that of your team

- Reliable and punctual

- Experienced all aspects of running FOH

- A people person that can bring a team together and keep customers happy

- Passionate about Mexican food and willing to embrace Mexican culture
