We are currently looking for a passionate leader in the Food & Beverage industry to join our team. As Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for the needs of our guests, training, coaching and developing the team as well as being hands on and ensuring the smooth running of the day to day operations. Successful applicants for this role will need to meet the following requirements;

• Strong supervisory experience within a similar busy restaurant environment

• Food & beverage knowledge

• Demonstrated ability in managing staff, controlling labour costs and operating expenses

• Outstanding communication and organisational skills

• Exceptional guest service skills with a proactive attitude

• Well presented

• A current RSA

• Ability to work evenings and weekends
