Are you a friendly and enthusiastic individual that would thrive on bringing some normality to our patients?

Newcastle Private Hospital is looking to employ Permanent Part Time and Casual Wait Staff to join our busy food service department. You will work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment that strives to deliver outstanding healthcare to our patients.

Key responsibilities:

Ability to keep pace with peers and working in a friendly positive, safe and organized manner while maintaining high food service standards
To provide excellent standard of patient and customer focused service
Ensure compliance and participation with all infection control guidelines on hygiene and safe food handling in the Food Service

Newcastle Private Hospital is one of the largest private hospital in regional NSW with a focus on continuous quality improvement and performance outcomes.

Our classically trained chefs produce high standard, high volume meals using the best local produce in an organised, clean, calm environment, we are looking for simular minded wait staff professionals to complement our existing food service team

Selection Criteria:

Minimum 2 years sound restaurant/ hotel wait staff experience
Good time management skills
Attention to detail
Excellent customer service, with a can do attitude
Ability to work independently as well as within a professional team
Supervision, managing experience in hospitality desirable
