My client; a leader in their field, are on the hunt for a Senior Manager to join their expanding team at a newly renovated and huge multi-faceted venue on the North Shore. This is a venue that is a force to be reckoned with. The growth in the pipeline and even happening right now is incredibly exciting for both clientele and their employees!

One of the key factors to your success in this company will be your ability to really grow and develop a team. In a business this size, it’s imperative that there are key staff waiting in the wings to be progressed through the business. Yes you need to be able to run the day to day, delegate effectively and ensure customer experience is at the top of your list however it’s those extra skills that only the most seasoned and passionate hospitality superstars possess!

It’s imperative that you come from a background which is very high volume and that you can operate in venues that are multi-faceted whether it’s food, cocktails, gaming, or entertainment. You will be an exceptional multi-tasker and be able to keep many balls in the air so to speak (without dropping even one!). A strong understanding of compliance is a must.

You will be rewarded with a starting salary of $70k + super.
