The Restaurant manager will be prominent in the eyes of the industry and the successful applicant has a chance to establish their profile among the top operators in the city.
The successful applicant will demonstrate a stable work history in restaurants or a similar polished hospitality environment. They should demonstrate stable leadership which may have been at an assistant manager level.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to spend time in the our other venues before opening, learning what makes us tick and discovering why its such a great company to work for.
