About the position
This position is responsible for providing a superior level of services to our guests at our stunning Port Stephens property. Duties include processing Check-ins and Check-outs, front of house administration, processing payments for accounts, assisting guests with local information and going above and beyond guest expectations.
About you
You take a professional approach to your customer service and thrive on going above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable stay. You have a background in a similar role and are available to work across all shifts in a seven day roster.
