You will have a passion for customer service, a vibrant phone manner and enthusiasm to learn new skills. As part of this role, you will be able to help in the guest services area if required.
You must be able to be able to work weekends and public holidays as required, particularly in the busy seasons.
Responsibilities
- Booking guest reservations.
- Guest check in and check out.
- Responding to high volume phone enquiries while managing a busy reception area.
- Provision of a high standard of customer service and satisfaction to all guests.
- Responding to guest requests and assisting with issues.
- Working with the team to ensure the best presentation of the park.
- Assist with other tasks as required.
- Maintenance of a safe work environment in line with WH&S procedures.
- Compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in sales, admin or reception roles would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of the Newbook reservation system is desirable, though not essential.
- Exceptional customer service and time management skills.
- The ability to learn new software and systems.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
