An exciting opportunity exists for the position of Chef de Partie at Southern Ocean Lodge. As a pivotal member of the kitchen team you will be responsible for delivering a world-class culinary experience for our discerning, well travelled guests.
We are looking for someone with experience in delivering high quality fine dining experiences who has a passion for regional produce and understands the nuances of catering to both domestic and international visitors.
To succeed in this hands on role, applicants must be fully qualified and have at least two years of experience within a similar role, with a love for food and wine, a collaborative approach and excellent leadership capacity.
