You are the right person for this position if you find yourself cooking dinner at home and you automatically wipe down the side of the plate, due to the spilt sauce, have several courses planned out and timed to perfection and know that if you allow the onions to cook until they are transparent rather than brown that will give your tomato sauce that sweet flavor…
 
This position will allow you to work across several different service periods and serve a variety of meal types. You will be used to working independently and are seeking night shifts. Your experience in a fast paced kitchen and your creativity will allow you to truly make your mark on this property. You will be a true team player and flexible in your approach to work. To be successful in this position you will be a trade qualified chef or a cook with several years of experience, you will be passionate about the food you prepare, understand food safety and HACCAP and have the ability to work in a fast paced and busy environment.
