High End Corporate Café requires an experienced and motivated Manager to drive performance to the next level.  This is a role for a talented industry professional that can not only effectively lead staff and please discerning regular clients but truly wants to passionately contribute to our vision for the business and consistently deliver new ideas. We want a Manager who treats this flagship venue as if it was their own.

Core Responsibilities:

• Management of Operations
• Overall responsibility for catering and external sales including alcohol and functions
• Effectively motivating staff to deliver exceptional customer service
• Ongoing, strategic planning of staff management to provide optimal coverage throughout the day whilst maintaining budgets.
• Cash handling, float management and till reconciliation daily
• Ordering Stock and Controlling Stock Levels
• Maintaining excellent levels of communication with the owners and kitchen team
• Hands-on and operational, not afraid to get your hands dirty, leading the team by example

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience leading high performing Customer Service focused teams in a fast paced café / restaurant
• Must have an excellent knowledge of purchasing, POS, rostering and reporting
• Current NSW RSA Certified
• Ability to demonstrate delegation and deployment skills across sections; kitchen, coffee, alcohol, front of house and back of house
• Good communication and organisational skills along with sound decision making
• A morning person! This is a breakfast and lunch / Mon-Fri position (with some night action - we hope you like live music!).
• You are super organised, a multi-tasker and love responsibility
• Have a strong work ethic, hands-on approach and a ‘can-do’ attitude essential.
