Norths Leagues & Services Club is seeking a passionate, motivated and dynamic Bar & Gaming Attendants to join our Team!

Norths Leagues & Services Club (Norths), situated in the Northern suburbs of Brisbane, forms a significant part of the Moreton Bay Region. At Norths, we pride ourselves on being a community based Club with a strong involvement and support of various charity organisations. As the meeting heart of the local community, Norths offers outstanding facilities and boasts 278 Gaming Machines, over 45,000 members and over 120 staff members.

As a Norths employee, you will support the business operations and will be largely responsible for providing exceptional customer service. You will also benefit from the many exciting and rewarding employment opportunities that we have available!

The successful applicant will:

• Have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role

• Have outstanding customer service & engage enthusiasm 

• Be passionate, driven and show initiative

• Be well spoken & have excellent communication with their peers, supervisors and patrons

• Be able to work autonomously, as well as within a team

• Take pride in their personal presentation

• Have excellent time management skills

• Be able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Be able to handle the high volume of work associated with the hospitality industry

• Have sound numeracy and literacy skills

• Have current RSA & RSG certificate

Norths has guaranteed trading hours of 9:30am to 3:30am, 7 days/ week.  

Therefore, the successful applicant will have an understanding of the hospitality industry and will be flexible to fill a variety of shifts, including splits, nights, weekends and public holidays.
