As part of the rapid growth at Regis, we are looking for a full-time, permanent Facility Manager. As a Facility Manager you will combine your knowledge of the industry and Aged Care framework with your astute business acumen to manage all areas of the facility operations.
You will be responsible for the leadership and management of facilities, ensuring the highest Regis standard of residential care and achieving optimal business outcomes. This will be achieved through a commercial focus, fostering mutually beneficial relationships with all key stakeholders.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- HR and staff management
- Sales and Marketing of the facility
- Development and ongoing management of operation initiatives across the business
- Management of the Facility P&L
To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- Tertiary qualified in business or resource management discipline (desirable)
- Considerable experience in a service industry or in a commercial environment with proven leadership qualities
- A person who is highly motivational, a self-starter with a high degree of expertise in their field
- Experience in a strong market driven organisation within the service industry
- Proven track record in financial, human and asset management
- Outcome focused with extensive experience within a multi-faceted, service based environment
- Ability to drive efficiencies within a business and utilisation of your industry knowledge will support your success within the organisation
