Reporting to the General Manager, this role is diverse, unique and entrepreneurial. With a stunning hotel and venue, coupled with an exceptional reputation and track record; the stage is set for the right person to come in, take ownership for service delivery and help to drive the venues performance.

The role will entail;

• The training and development of a hands on customer facing team 
• Ownership of budgets and department KPI’s
• Guest satiisfaction
• Oversight of events and functions service delivery
• Cost controls online with the GM
• Oversight of accomodation services

Our client is offering;

• A salary circa $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 base (Candidate dependent)
