As Duty Manager you will be experienced, energetic, and progressive as well as customer service focused. This role leads the Front of House team to deliver consistently exceptional dining experiences.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Display flexibility and responsiveness and the initiative, attitude and ability to thrive within a dynamic, challenging and changing environment.
- Possess effective interpersonal and communication skills, and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and guests in a highly customer centric environment.
- Demonstrate an ability to manage and direct Front of House food & beverage staff and be a hands-on part of a busy team setting.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Act and adhere to Responsible Service of Alcohol legislation.

- Experience with large functions and special events
- Flexibility and adaptability in both hours and working style
- A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is essential.
