Apron Restaurant & Bar is the latest in up market dining in Brisbane.Featuring a 90 seat a la carte restaurant and bar with private dining area the menu has been tailored to showcase the finest produce and wines available. Apron Restaurant & Bar is currently looking for a full time Cocktail Bartender to join the professional team.
Who we would love on our team?
Applicants who;
- Has extensive bar experience with a sound knowledge of beverage products.
- Has specialist knowledge and skills in cocktail making and mixology advantageous.
- Has an ability to multitask and showcase amazing skills behind the bar.
- Are friendly, with a guest focused attitude and passion for providing exceptional and memorable moments
- Are an engaging and outgoing team player who gets a kick out of delivering exceptional service and thrives on being part of a high performing team.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Take great pride in their venue and ensure their space is always warm and inviting.
- Is available to work a rotating 24/7 roster.
- Has a Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment.
What does a day in the life of a Cocktail Bartender Server look like?
- Create exceptional service experiences that result in lasting memories.
- Explain the menu & drinks list to guests, assisting those with special dietary needs or preferences as well as provide knowledge when recommending beverages.
- Create and experiment with different cocktails.
- Responsible for running and set up of the bar area.
- Providing exceptional customer service and attending to guest's needs.
