Our client is looking to recruit exceptional talent to be part of a luxury environment providing unique accommodation and the highest level of personalised service alongside some of Melbourne's most iconic neighbourhood's.
About the guest service agent role:
- Manage phone calls, operations, reservations.
- No desk-side check-in and no crowds - a unique accommodation offering
- A home away from home for guests, where they could revel in the luxury of Melbourne's best design, food and location.
- Oversee the smooth operation of the hotel.
- Amenity replenishment and management.
- Manage guest queries or concerns to support the senior team and maintain a strong service culture.
- Lead, train and motivate other guest service agents to ensure everyone is on brand and providing the top level of customer service.
- Manage daily arrivals and departures.
- Acting as one of the first points of contact for guests.
- Processing financial transactions.
- Having a thorough knowledge of hotel facilities and attractions in Melbourne and surrounding areas.
- A fantastic opportunity to join a growing luxury property who has more properties in the pipeline and exceptional growth opportunities
- Full time role - $50-60k plus super, balanced work week
Does this sound like you?
- Operational excellence in the luxury market ie experience in a similar hotel environment.
- Hands on experience, a high level of prior customer service experience.
- Flexibility to work on a rotating roster.
- Relevant tertiary qualification is preferred.
- Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills.
- Positive attitude and an electric personality.
- Articulate and confident.
- Impeccably groomed and presented professionally.
- True team player, takes initiative of situations to problem solve.
