A full time hands on Head Chef position is available for Immediate start, 5 days per week at the newly renovated Royal George Hotel/Fatboys Cafe, Fortitude Valley. The kitchen contains clean, modern equipment and a 4-star BCC rating.
The successful applicant will be required to produce good quality, well presented cafe style food in an efficient manner. A positive, enthusiastic and pleasant attitude is essential.
The Royal George Hotel/Fatboys Cafe is part of the family owned Pullos Hotel Group.
Documentation showing experience and references will be required with preference given to those who have had extensive experience in a similar style of operation. All references will be contacted and independent enquiries made in the filling of this vital position within the hotel.
