We are looking for a full time Manager to join our team with a key focus on managing and implementing our customer service objectives. The role will be hands on with the successful applicant taking on a host oriented position for our lunch and early dinner sittings. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing our online booking system and floor plan coordination.
The position will involve liaising closely with customers and will take the lead as our Bookings & Functions Manager. The position is therefore integral to the cohesion of the business in providing the main support and communication between the front of house and kitchen team.
The position will involve working closely with the owners of the business to deliver key business aims in the areas of - marketing, staff training & development, customer service practices and business efficiency targets.
The applicant must have -
- at least three years of hospitality experience
- including at least one years experience in a supervisory or management role
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- a strong work ethic and a good foundation of hospitality and industry knowledge
- the ability to manage and lead a team of up to ten staff
- strong admin skills
- the ability to work under high pressure and to make quick decisions
