We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Accounts Officer to join the Accounts team.

About the role:

• Review of Opera mapping to ensure correct figures are available for import into accounting system
• Assists in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and other tasks within the Finance department.
• Reconciliation of account payable batches and Opera ledgers
• Assist in month end closing and maintenance of support schedules
• Control and monitor prompt and accurate billing (includes group billing)
• Raising invoices and processing refunds as requested
• Responding to queries from guests as they arise
• Action credit card disputes and charge backs inquiries on timely basis
• General filing, scanning and other administrative duties

We are looking for someone with:

• Ability to work in a fast paced team environment and meet deadlines
• Strong eye for detail to ensure all data is entered correctly
• Excellent communication skills; including both verbal and written.
• Previous experience in Accounts in hotel industry with hospitality applications (Opera, etc.)
• Advanced skills in MS Office applications.
