A bit about us:
The Glenmore is one of Sydney’s premier venues which prides itself on its high level of service, impressive food and beverage offering, quality presentation of the venue and highly sought after location. Known for its sun drenched rooftop, The Glenmore has sweeping 180 degree views of Sydney Harbour and the CBD. The hotel’s middle level is a destination for private dining, functions, product launches and corporate meetings, entertaining or functions complete with its own cocktail bar. The Public Bar is another versatile space catering for large groups on the outdoor dining tables or intimate dinners in the nook.
  
The Glenmore is currently recruiting for a full time Chef de Partie, who has experience working in busy environments.
 
A bit about you:

• Have the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast paced environment
• A passion for excellent quality food, produce and service
• Minimum two years experience as a Chef
• Be reliable, punctual and hard workings
• Have strong communication skills
• Be able to maintain kitchen procedures and WHS standards
• Have sound knowledge of food, health & safety procedures
• Available to work a mix of weekends & nights
• Have Australian working rights
