The Outram, located in West Perth is seeking a motivated and customer service focussed individual to join our small Front Office team as a casual Guest Service Agent.

The Position
As Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for carrying out key daily tasks on the reception desk from checking in and out owners and guests, answering internal and external calls, responding to enquiries, providing information on the local area, assisting as a night audit and most importantly delivering a high level of customer service to actively contribute to the company vision of making holiday dreams come true.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in a similar Front Office/ Reservations/ Night Audit role in a Resort/Hotel environment
• Passion to grow in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Self starter with the ability to work unsupervised in a busy environment
• Competent in computer systems (Opera/Hirum experience highly desirable)
• Genuine passion about customer service and exceeding customer expectations
• Ability to work a flexible roster, including late nights and be able to provide extra support when coverage is needed
