Crinti's Italian Restaurant group is currently seeking experienced Soous chefs, chefs and cooks for multiple shifts located at our restaurant in Carlton. You will be working as part of the Criniti's team and will need to be flexible with your availability including nights and weekends.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Provide high level quality food to guests
- Work alongside experienced down to earth Head Chefs/Sous Chefs providing the finest food for the clientele
- Stock control, ordering and preparation
- High volume with quality food preparation
- High attention to detail to ensure premium standards
To be successful you must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Experience in multiple areas of the kitchen
- Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
- Reliable, hard working with a can-do attitude
- Knowledge in Italian style cuisine is desired though not essential
- Attention to detail
Requirements:
- Australian resident or have an Australian work visa
