We are on the hunt for a true professional with expertise in running a classy cocktail bar in Brisbane. Our client is a young, dynamic and forward thinking group who are seeking a Bar Manager to be fully responsible for the operation of their fantastic bar which includes delivering a high quality experience to in-house and external guests as well as being able to oversee events held in the venue.

The operation consists of a cocktail menu, wine list & beer list with a selection of craft beers on tap that are on rotation. You will be responsible for the upkeep of these menus including design and implementing new items. With the support of the F&B Manager you will ensure a seamless service delivery while controlling costs and hitting targets in line with budgets.

We need someone with:

• Experience managing bars leading teams of up to 10 people
• Preferably 4 or 5 star Hotel experience
• Creativity and ability to design new cocktails
• Strong knowledge of spirits, beers and classic cocktails
• Full P&L understanding
• Proven ability to think outside the box and generate revenue
