A fantastic opportunity is available for a professional and customer centric Food & Beverage Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of the Front of House across the food and beverage businesses whilst maintaining impeccable standards in products and service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all Food and Beverage outlet operations
- Building relationships and providing a service that exceeds internal and external customers’ expectations, whilst maintaining the Mitchelton brand’s style & ethos.
- Maintaining exceptional levels of customer service.
- Recruiting, managing, training and developing the Food and Beverage team.
- Observing a workplace culture of continuous quality improvement.
- Promoting safe attitudes and work practices.
What you will bring:
- A passion for delivering memorable dining experiences
- Experience in managing high end restaurant dining and events.
- A management style that leads by example and motivates a positive team culture
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends
- A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
