Food & Beverage Supervisor
Tonic Bar & Mesh Restaurant – Crown Promenade Hotel
Mesh Restaurant offers relaxed and stylish dining in the beautifully designed surrounds of Crown Promenade Hotel. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the 380-seat restaurant with open kitchen serves contemporary bistro food from both our impressive buffet or from the a la carte menu. Tonic Bar next door offers extensive wine, cocktail and bar snack items in a relaxed and modern lounge and outdoor terrace area.
As the Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be required to support and lead the team, whilst utilising your excellent food and beverage knowledge. You will also be accountable for the efficient operation of the service environment and provide optimum customer service to all guests.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous supervisory experience, preferable in a Hotel or restaurant environment
- Excellence in delivering exceptional customer service aligned to 5-star brand standards
- Proven ability to motivate staff and provide leadership to support a large team
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with guests at all levels
- Ability to multi task and thrive in a fast paced, multi-outlet establishment
- Available to work a 24/7 roster
