The Britannia Hotel is a family owned suburban Norwood hotel comprising of a bistro, sports bar, gaming room and sip n save drive through bottle shop.
We are seeking a night duty manager to join, help lead and manage our team and business.
We are offering a full time night shift position for 40+ hours per week.
We are looking for a passionate, motivated and well experienced employee who can help grow the business.
Your role will include:
- Staff training and supervision
- Daily reconciliations and preparing of banking
- Customer service
- Assisting with hotel promotions
- Duty Management of entire venue
- All aspects of hotel operations with a strong focus on gaming
The successful applicant will be/have:
- Great customer service skills
- Experience in all areas of a hotel
- TAB/Keno/Gaming Experience
- Current RSA certificate
- Current RP & GM badge
- Able to work over a 7 day roster
- Able to work late and long shifts
- Jackpot Club experience preferred
- Passionate about hospitality
