Join our firm in a full time Boardroom Waiter position, predominantly focused on looking after our client floor, also assisting the Catering Attendant and assisting with events.
This busy role is often one of a visitor’s first contacts with the firm and as such it is important that our Boardroom Waiters are true professionals in what they do, displaying courtesy, discretion and personable customer service.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Daily set up and break down of conference rooms;
- Ordering of catering supplies;
- Covering client floor reception when required;
- Cleaning and stocking staff kitchens;
- Emptying and cleaning staff fridges.
To successfully secure this role, you will have at least 2-3 years’ experience in corporate catering, boardroom waiting or five-star hospitality, with fine dining experience being highly regarded. You will be an energetic team player, have excellent communication skills, a naturally positive nature and will be well-presented with a high level of attention to detail.
You will have a current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and a certificate in Workplace Hygiene, Food Handling and Safety is desirable.
While there are still shifts involved in this role and occasional out of hours work, regular shifts fall between 7:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, which is perfect if you are looking to move away from ad hoc shifts and weekends.
