Chef de partie
We currently require the skills of a experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a quality restaurant, together with a passion for producing excellence.
To be successful in this role you must have great time and task management skills, outstanding verbal communication and be able to demonstrate that you are an effective team player. Working with fine Italian food will be an advantage.

The chef must have a minimum of 3 years' experience since qualified and hold a minimum of Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
We are closed on Mondays and the successful applicants will be required to work 8 shifts per week with 2 days off. This can be negotiated.
Remuneration
Approx Salary $58K and is negotiable+ super + tips weekly
