We are currently seeking a Talent & Culture Administrator to join our vibrant, friendly and dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Talent & Culture Executive you will provide quality and professional administrative support for the Talent & Culture Executive whilst assisting in the support/implementation of the Hotel Talent & Culture policies and procedures.
 
Tasks and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following areas:
  • Maintain a logical and up-to-date filing system
  • Facilitate the smooth running of the department through adequate supply of materials and equipment.
  • Assist and follow up with employee enquiries, assist where possible or arrange for response to be provided in a timely manner
  • Responsible for grooming and general aspect of employees, in particular with regard to uniforms
  • Regularly ensure information is posted on staff notice boards and kept up to date
  • Support Department Heads in recruitment to meet staffing needs following hotel and company guidelines
  • Maintain up to date file of job descriptions and person specifications for all positions in the hotel
  • Ensure individual employee files are maintained and regularly updated with all information on file as outlined in the Talent & Culture policies and procedures and statutory guidelines
  • Assist Talent & Culture Executive with employee relations initiatives, administrate reward and recognition programs
  • Ensure up to date hazard lists are maintained for all departments
  • Maintain Workcover Register, Hazard Register, Incident Injury & Near Miss Register Documentation and follow up on all incidents, injuries and identified hazards
To be successful for the role, you will have unlimited working rights in Australia. You will possess strong communication skills and have the confidence to communicate to all levels of staff within the hotel.
