We are seeking strong chef de partie's for the meat and fish sections
We are Looking for professional, self-motivated and creative chef de partie who is excited about the opportunity to join a young, innovative team. The ideal candidates will have worked in fast paced, high pressure environments.

Your Experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- A genuine passion for service standards
- Strong hygiene focus and system/procedure focused
- Desire to learn and grow as a chef
- Understanding and having an appreciation for traditional and contemporary cooking styles
- An ability to work in a team of 8 Chefs
- Assist senior chefs in the day to day Kitchen operations
