Skills & experience

• Minimum 3 years Management experience working in a quick service restaurant, fast casual dining restaurant or cafe environment
• Previous experience working to KPI's, controlling COG's and accountable for P&L is essential
• Cool, calm and composed leader
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing teams of 20+
