Harrigan’s is looking for a Casual Kitchen Attendant who enjoys learning and working in a fast paced environment as part of a highly motivated kitchen team. Harrigan’s attracts a large number of local, state-wide, national and international visitors, so it is imperative that applicants for this role enjoy working in a busy, team orientated kitchen environment providing high quality meals to all customers. All applicants must be available to work weekend night and day shifts.
This role will involve:
- Cleaning, checking and maintaining dishwashing facilities and associated kitchen equipment.
- Assisting chefs with preparation and/or general kitchen duties.
- Ensuring a constant and sufficient supply of kitchen equipment and clean utensils.
- Maintaining cleanliness within the kitchen and conducting regular checks of the kitchen area.
