About the Role
My client is seeking a professional and dedicated Chef de Partie who has a calm and professional demeanour that can assist the Sous Chef to train, guide and lead the team in this fast-paced, busy kitchen environment. This is very much a hands-on role so someone with an interactive leadership style is essential as is excellent communication skills. You will have had experience in a similar environment at a Chef de Partielevel and be competent and confident in all aspects of the kitchen with exposure to back of house duties including menu creation and costing, stock take, budgets, COG's, rosters and ordering. You will have excellent product knowledge and pride yourself on following the latest in food trends to ensure the venues offering is kept fresh and on trend. Your supportive nature will be a winning asset to this team.
Skills & Attributes;
- A minimum of 3 years at Chef de Partie level in a similar environment
- A supportive nature and dedication to leading and guiding a team with a calm and professional demeanour
- Creative flair and industry passion a must
- Excellent tenure & longevity in previous roles
- Full qualifications essential
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
