The Grace Hotel Sydney is an Icon situated in the heart of Sydney featuring highly admired Neo Gothic architecture housing 382 accommodation rooms of which, a small number sit within the unique10rooms product. The hotel also has 16 meeting rooms, a rooftop pool and gymnasium, a variety of food & beverage, retail and personal care outlets.
We are seeking to appoint a service-oriented professional to join our Conference & Events team. Ideally, you will have:
- Relevant experience in conference & events environment
- Strong administration skills with high level of computer skills
- Confident in dealing with client and guest requests
- Strong organisational & interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadline and set target
- Coordinate in-house conference & events
- Prepare quotes and contract in a professional manner
- Assist with billing and correspondence pertaining to Conference & Events
