The Grace Hotel Sydney is an Icon situated in the heart of Sydney featuring highly admired Neo Gothic architecture housing 382 accommodation rooms of which, a small number sit within the unique10rooms product. The hotel also has 16 meeting rooms, a rooftop pool and gymnasium, a variety of food & beverage, retail and personal care outlets.

We are seeking to appoint a service-oriented professional to join our Conference & Events team.  Ideally, you will have:

  • Relevant experience in conference & events environment
  • Strong administration skills with high level of computer skills
  • Confident in dealing with client and guest requests
  • Strong organisational & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet deadline and set target
  • Coordinate in-house conference & events 
  • Prepare quotes and contract in a professional manner
  • Assist with billing and correspondence pertaining to Conference & Events
