About the Role
We are seeking a driven Venue Manager to lead the forefront for Melbourne’s premiere night complex! This venue has played host to a sea of events, with its stunning champagne lounge, private rooms and cocktail specialties. Become a part of an energized team of hospitality superstars, providing cutting edge experiences to Melbourne’s busiest crowds.
The Venue Manager will oversee this unique and multi-faceted venue, and will lead a large team to ensure the goals are met. You will report directly to the company directors and will have the opportunity to earn recognition and rewards in an ever changing environment where no two days are the same.
About You
A minimum of 3 to 5 years in hospitality venue management is a must!
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Creativity and a flair for new ideas
- Experience managing a multi-faceted venue
- Proven ability to train and manage large teams (50 +)
- Impeccable presentation
- Resilience and a focus to provide world class service
- Full availability across a rotating roster
