About the Role
Your Role will be as Head Chef / Cook In control of meals for two restaurants and public bar. Must be able to meet budgets and targets as well as ordering, rostering and preparing new menus. We are after someone with some fresh new styles and ideas.
What you would be doing
This job is a hands on position as well as the following:
- Food preparation and cooking, plating, presentation
- Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies
- Menu planning
- Rosters

- Able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Experience in a similar role
- Creative, and passionate about food and providing high standards of food service
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure
About the company
The Esperance Travellers Inn is only metres from the beach which contains 3 Bars, 2 Restaurants, Bottle Shop and 20 Room Motel. Our meals are traditional Pub style meals with a great atmosphere.
