A well-established national hospitality business is currently seeking an experienced & well trained Larder Chef to be part of an exciting and innovating fast paced businesses with established sites in VIC to join an enthusiastic and professional kitchen team.
You must have outstanding capabilities to deliver excellence and consistency in a professional and thriving environment offering a variety of cuisines, utilizing the finest produce to yield and present an existing rotating menu.
You must be well presented, passionate and success driven with proven management and people skills, understanding in food production and Food Safety HACCP Systems.
Experience in menu development, ordering, costing's and rostering a must with administration qualities advantageous.
The successful applicant must have experience working in a high volume kitchen environment.
