Le Bon Ton is seeking a creative, passionate and service-focussed leader to oversee management of our award winning bar.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, be committed to providing the best possible experience for the customer, and hold the skills needed to create signature cocktails. Late night (6AM) weekend shifts are required for the role.

Responsibilities –

• Overseeing day to day management of the bar
• Maintain service and product standards
• Work within a team of FOH and BOH managers to further develop the business
• Create bar roster and oversee staff performance evaluations and training programmes
• Oversee stock control and weekly ordering
• Adhere to all RSA and licensing responsibilities

Requirements –

• Experience in a similar management role
• Sound product knowledge and cocktail skills
• Genuine passion for the industry
• Current Victorian RSA
