Railway Hotel Marian has an onsite restaurant/ bistro that caters for 200 patrons for lunch/ dinner & functions. You will enjoy the variety of work in a strong kitchen that is not your average hotel bistro but boasts a menu that is different, challenges yourself& delivers a quality product for the customer. We are located in a growing area of the Mackay region, fully serviced by a local Woolworths supermarket, medical facilities & educational facilities for a young family.
You will be part of a hard working Kitchen team involved in the delivery of an outstanding service to our customers & expected to maintain strict quality & presentation standards.
