Driftwood Restaurant focuses on local, seasonal, fresh produce. Our menu changes regularly- almost as often as the weather.

We make just about everything ourselves- no powdered stocks or pre-made sauces.

Our kitchen is a large clean open space, we can see our guests and get the chance to watch them enjoy our hard work.

As a first year apprentice you will be working alongside Chef, lots of learning, tasting and talking about food.

The successful candidate will get lots of practice chopping, slicing, dicing and baking. 

Onsite free parking, corner shop and beaches close by. Opportunity to complete apprenticeship under one roof.

Candidates need to have clear verbal and written communication skills, ability to follow written instructions and be conscious of time
