Iconic feature The Pool at Crown Towers is Australia’s largest Hotel pool, offering guests a resort escape and features day beds, chaise lounges, private cabanas, kid’s area and poolside dining. The team consists of over 50 hospitality professionals that work closely together with the leisure and hotel operations team to ensure this 7 day operation runs smoothly. 

We have Part Time Supervisor roles available on a part time contract. These positions are hands-on leadership roles that will oversee the daily operation of the Food & Beverage operation including the Enclave and Cabanas. Providing support to the frontline staff, the management team will ensure high quality of customer service is being delivered and compliance is being met.

This is an outdoor operation and you will be required to work in different weather conditions.

Your Experience

• Leadership experience in a large Food & Beverage operation
• A desire to continuously improve service standards
• True passion for the industry
• Lead by example
• Ability to train, mentor and motivate a diverse team to a five star level
• Exceptional presentation
• A solution focused approach with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication
• Good knowledge in micros and computer skill
• Organisational skills with the ability to multi-task, plan, follow up and prioritise tasks
• Approved managers card
