SoCal Sydney is the third Applejack venue in the companies portfolio and draws inspiration from the Southern California and Mexico surf culture. The food and drinks are a reflection of what is commonly found along HWY 101 and is all about fresh & modern Southern Californian share style street food packed with Latin American spices alongside low and slow smoked meats, house-made sauces and fresh indulgent sides.

Due to internal movements within the Applejack company, the position of Sous Chef has become available and we are now looking for a creative chef who has an appreciation for SoCals menu and style, that can support an established chef team through leadership and culinary ideas.
