The Role
Working closely with Head Chef Fernando who is calm, passionate and an all round nice guy, you will help him to manage the business across all areas - 
- Daily specials 
- Seasonal menu changes 
- Day to day of ordering, prep, standards, hygiene 
- Running services that pump

Fernando runs his kitchen with a pretty simple mantra in mind - let's have good vibes, cook good food and make customers happy!  Simple right? 

For this kitchen it's about a team that enjoy coming to work, can have fun together and really back each other when the pump is on.  This is a respectful kitchen where everyone has a voice.  With a real focus on specials and menu ideas - you will be expected to bring creative ideas, along with supporting the more junior chefs to also get involved.
