With our restaurant opening in September, we are on the hunt for experienced Bar and Front of House Attendants to join our team.
We are looking for-
- Assistant General Manager
- 3 Bar team members
- 5 Food & Beverage Employees
Half Acre is a cool new curated garden eatery for people to connect with friends and family, or professionals alike. Located in South Melbourne on the grounds of the Old Mill, our 150 seat restaurant provides a unique indoor/outdoor environment with a wood-fired oven, charcoal grill and open kitchen. We serve Dinner from Tuesday to Thursday, with Lunch and Dinner on Friday to Sunday.
Our service will create a space where locals feel at home and newcomers feel like locals. This environment is crafted by our front of house team, starting with you. Half Acre are looking for passionate, creative and fun-loving front of house employees who want to be part of something spectacular. Your energy and love for what you do is your morning motivation, consistently delivering service excellence for guests.
We’d love you to have -
- Previous Front of House or Bar experience required
- Supervisory experience for the Assistant GM role
- Must have current RSA
- EPIC customer service skills and an awesome personality
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-based environment
- Available to work our opening hours
- Ability to multi task and run a section of at least 30pax
- Personal presentation that is on-point
