FRONT OF HOUSE PROFESSIONALS & WAIT STAFF

We are seeking motivated and experienced Full-time & part time front of house legends to assist us in delivering stellar customer service experiences at our premium restaurant Ciao Cielo & our fun Ciao Cucina and beer garden.

To be considered for this position, applicants must:

• Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar establishment; fine dining & casual fast pace!
• Demonstrate a strong focus on maintaining the highest levels of service;
• Have strong organisational skills coupled with the ability to work under pressure in a large and dynamic operation;
• Exhibit exceptional grooming, presentation and communication skills;
• Demonstrate proven experience within a similar profile venue;
• Flexibility and availability to work across a rotating roster including week days, evenings and weekends;
• Possess a Current & valid Responsible Serving of Alcohol (or be willing to obtain the certificates).

BAR  FRONT OF HOUSE PROFESSIONALS

We are searching, experienced & seriously career minded  Bar Front of House professionals   to join our passionate team. You must have excellent knowledge & passion for European cuisine, and preferably wine & dining culture.

You must be a wizz behind the bar & lust for well made classic cocktails while understanding  unique spirits selected specifically for our Italian inspired list. Have extensive beverage experience and sound knowledge for European wine varieties is definitely a plus, but not entirely essential straight away. You must love a lively bar dining space, have the experience to handle food and beverage with charisma and true hospitality skills. We want a strong enthusiastic individual with drive & ambition. The right bar front of house person will handle cocktail and beverage service in a fast paced manner while imparting knowledge to customers about wine and food in an educated and friendly style. They will also be a strong communicator with their staff team both floor and kitchen. They will be expected to control stock and maintain bar under supervisors.
