Windy Hill Venue is looking for a passionate qualified chef who is ready to take the next step in their career. The position will have you involved in both our bistro and functions side of the business. The position will require the candidate to have attention to detail, great time management skills and the ability to problem solve. In return we will provide a great working environment with a competitive salary.
The Qualified chef will
- Report directly to the head chef
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of quality offerings for both the bistro and our functions business.
- Oversee the operation in the absence of the Head Chef and Sous Chef
- Assist with the food purchases for all aspects of the business
- Be required to train and oversee other staff occasionally
- Ensure all food safety measures are adhered to
