Not your average burger restaurant, we're looking for creative chefs with top skill and an exceptional palette. 

With this being a new venue opening, be prepared to be have your socks blown off! The brand has developed a very successful reputation in all other locations and queues out the door every day are to be expected! This isn't a role for the faint hearted, with big teams and a crazy amount of foot traffic this venue will keep you on your toes. 

We are looking for;

• Energetic industry professionals with 5+ years experience in a senior chef position - Sous Chef/Assistant Kitchen Manager position
• A background in high volume restaurants 
• Experience with venue openings
• Ability to lead a big brigade of 30+
• A hands on chef invested in setting the example
• Calm and collected, you will lead by example in an open kitchen
• Proven ability to tightly manage COGS and labor
• Creative with an undeniable flair for fantastic, fresh food
• A multi-tasker who can think on their feet
• A huge personality - we're about great food and great people!
