THE ROLE
- The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for the cleanliness of all parts of Jackalope
- The position requires a strong manager who can handle all types of people and situations.
- The role is required to motivate, mentor, performance manage all Housekeeping staff, to ensure high standards are kept at all times
- The person requires a passion for extremely high levels of service and nothing should be off bounds in ensuring the hotel remains at the top of its game as a leading hotel in Australia.
- We’re looking for someone that is customer focused, has a great level of attention to detail, is organised, handles stress easily and can juggle multiple tasks.
- This person needs to be proactive on the floor, be hands on to ensure all parts of the hotel are immaculate. It is imperative the Housekeeping Manager is a team player, has a strong work ethic and can lead by example.
ABOUT YOU
The right candidate will:
- Experience in a similar role - leading the Housekeeping Team in a 5-star Hotel environment
- Strong appreciation for guest satisfaction
- Immaculate presentation and grooming
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility with various shifts is required.
- Most importantly, a humble individual who thrives on exceeding the guest's expectations through their genuine demeanour.
THE ROSTER
Your shifts may include:
- Monday through to Sunday shifts – we are open 7 days a week
- The busiest days are Saturday & Sunday and the Manager is expected to be available to work weekend rosters
