Cellar Door Couple

Our client is a high profile winery estate and cellar door located in different regions of South Australia. Located near Kangaroo Island main town, the cellar door attracts an abundance of tourists from all walks of life, bringing travel and adventure to your everyday working life. 

Over a third of Kangaroo Island is protected in nature reserves, home to native wildlife like sea lions, koalas and diverse bird species. In the west, you will find Flinders Chase National Park which is famous for its penguin colonies and striking coastal rock formations. 

With pristine beaches, beautiful locals and sunsets, this is an opportunity like no other. 

They are now looking for a Cellar Door Couple to join their cellar door on Kangaroo Island, South Australia to come on board as a cook and a front of house.

This is a 6 month contract due to start October 1st 2018. This position is 40 hours a week and would see you both on a set contract fee of $800.00 per week. You will be provided with accommodation upstairs which is $250 per week which includes bed, cooking facilities and main essential items. 

Front of House

The primary purpose of this position is to work with the current Manager on site with the day-to-day functions and operations of the Cellar Door, be proactive in forwarding planning, advertising and take bookings for major trading days and menu launches. 

Cook

The primary purpose of this position is to share the cooking shifts each week with the current cook as well assisting with front of house shifts. You will ideally have experience in similar position.
