Fortitude Valley's most celebrated lifestyle destination - the James Street Precinct - is being elevated even further with the opening of The Calile Hotel in September.

About the Role
Could you be our new Conference & Events Supervisor at The Calile?
We are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering the best guest experience to each person that chooses to hold his or her event at The Calile Hotel. You will be working closely with our Conference & Events Sales Manager liaising and communicating with clients on the coordination, and execution, of weddings, events and conferences ensuring that each event has the Calile elegance.
More About You
- Minimum of 2 year’s experience coordinating events and leading a team in a 5* or similar environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Can support, lead & drive a team of 2 to 30 team members under you supervision
- Believes in staff progression and training
- Can meet clear goals both personally and professionally
- Sound financial understanding
- Knowledge of Protel preferable, but not necessary
